You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to open an account. kiu4d performs identity verification on all accounts and reserves the right to suspend accounts that cannot confirm eligibility.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed within 5 minutes during banking hours. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. Bonus terms — including minimum deposit, wagering multiplier, and validity period — are stated clearly at the point of offer and in Section 7 below.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kiu4d will never ask for your password via email or chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

2.1 You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register and maintain an Account with kiu4d:
2.2 kiu4d reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request documentation confirming any of the above conditions. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe stipulated will result in Account suspension.
21+ Policy: Online gaming on kiu4d is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We employ industry-standard age verification measures and will close any account found to belong to an underage individual. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned minus applicable processing fees.
3.1 Each Player may hold only one Account on kiu4d. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). kiu4d accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 You must notify kiu4d immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.
3.5 kiu4d reserves the right to refuse any Account application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
4.1 In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming obligations, kiu4d requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer verification process before withdrawals are processed.
4.2 You will be required to submit the following documentation:

4.4 kiu4d may request additional documentation at any stage, including but not limited to proof of payment method (e.g., a bank statement showing the BCA or BRI account used for deposits) and source-of-funds declarations for high-value accounts.
4.5 All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely, used only for verification purposes, and are not shared with third parties except as required by law.
kiu4d accepts deposits via the following methods in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100,000,000. Deposits are credited to your Account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. kiu4d does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees.
Deposits made during banking hours (approximately 06:00–22:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your own name and matches your verified KYC information. kiu4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Standard withdrawals are completed within 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
kiu4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where the account balance includes unsettled bonus wagering requirements.
All transactions on kiu4d are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conv ersion is applied. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own financial institutions in connection with transactions on the Platform.
Payment Security: kiu4d never stores your full bank account number or e-wallet credentials. All payment data is transmitted via 256-bit SSL encryption. If you receive any communication requesting your banking PIN or password, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on kiu4d are final once confirmed by the system. You may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted.
6.2 kiu4d offers sports betting — including bandar bola (sportsbook markets), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), and voor bola (Asian handicap lines) — as well as live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). Each game category is governed by its own supplementary rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
6.3 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game or betting session, kiu4d will use server-side records to determine the outcome. The Platform's records are considered definitive in any dispute.

6.6 kiu4d's Random Number Generator (RNG) for slots and virtual games is independently certified for fairness and unpredictability. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published within each game's information panel.
7.1 kiu4d may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentives at its discretion. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
7.2 The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

10.1 kiu4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
10.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and customer support.
10.3 kiu4d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.
11.1 All content on the kiu4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of kiu4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from kiu4d.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kiu4d's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 kiu4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.3 kiu4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible. kiu4d shall not be liable for losses resulting from Platform downtime caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, acts of God, or regulatory action.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits kiu4d's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 kiu4d may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 Upon termination for breach, kiu4d reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in your Account. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your last verified payment method after deducting any outstanding amounts owed to kiu4d, provided no fraud investigation is ongoing.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course following account closure confirmation.
14.1 kiu4d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law applicable to online gaming platforms. kiu4d operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction in which it is licensed.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through kiu4d's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, conducted in the English language.
15.3 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia.
